Bridal Coordinator

Moda Bella Salon and Spa is looking for a part-time, motivated and energetic Bridal Coordinator.  We strive for the highest level of customer service.

Our ideal candidate has a passion to help brides and her bridal party by booking their hair, makeup and any other spa needs.  We are looking for someone who can multi-task,  have the ability to build relationships, be a good listener, and work well with salon providers.

  • To exceed our customer’s expectations and make their dreams come true by giving them a wonderful salon experience on their wedding day!
  • To provide a professional and exceptional level of service for our brides, while maintaining positive interaction with customers and co-workers.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Wedding Coordinator you are responsible for meeting and or exceeding the following job requirements. The following requirements are not limited to:

  • Give tours to prospective brides. 
  • Return phone calls and/or emails to prospective brides.
  • Book appointments, educate the bride on the contract, fill out and review contract,  and process the deposit with front desk.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the store as directed or assigned. Follow through and complete all assigned duties.
  • Host a vendor table at Bridal Shows throughout the year.
  • Build relationships with other bridal venues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility in Scheduling; mornings, afternoon, evening and weekends
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Computers and Ability to Learn New Software
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Approachable and Professional Image in Personal Appearance, Manner, and Demeanor
  • Self-Motivating, Goal Oriented, and Organization Skills
  • Sales Experience is Preferred
  • Must possess innate ability to establish instant rapport with customers, have excellent listening, speaking, writing and people skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Problem Resolution Skills

Physical Requirements

  • May require extended periods of sitting, standing and lifting a minimum of 25 pounds. Walking up and down stairs.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
