24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will ask you to provide a credit card for your client account to book or cancel appointments. Prepayment is required for every new client added to our booking system. The prepay amount is determined by the minimum amount of the service(s) you are booking.
VIP Client Perks- Become a regular client at Moda Bella to receive special perks. Our VIP clients are not required to provide a card on their account and the cancellation fee is also waived.
New to the Spa but a regular salon client and vice versa:
You may be asked to provide a credit card when booking a spa service for the first time. We allow a one-time 24-hour cancellation or no show for our VIP guests. The next time you book a spa appointment you will be asked to pre-pay for your appointment and if you cancel less than 24 hours or no show our cancellation fee will apply.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES
Gift certificates/cards are available for purchase online and in person by visiting our salon. Please keep in mind they do expire within one year of the purchase date.
