Cancellation Policy

Guest care is our top priority at Moda Bella. It is always our goal to provide you with the most incredible experience at our salon and spa. If you have questions, challenges, or need assistance ensuring that your appointments are at the most convenient times for your schedule, do not hesitate to contact us. 

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service.

Appointments are confirmed 3 days in advance. Because your service time is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations are subject to the fees above. 

While we expect that you do your best to attend your appointments as scheduled, unless otherwise communicated with our team, we understand that things can happen. In all cases, please reach out to us so that we can best assist you in scheduling, or rescheduling your Moda Bella experience. 

Reservations & Deposits
A credit card is required to be securely kept on file to book or cancel appointments.
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients when entering our booking system.

Emergency Courtesy
Life happens, and we understand there may be rare circumstances beyond your control. In cases of severe illness, the passing of a loved one, or extreme weather, we extend one courtesy cancellation per client, per calendar year, with no charge applied. This courtesy is reserved for true emergencies.

Outstanding Balance Policy
Any late cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. Clients with an outstanding balance will not be eligible to schedule additional services until the balance is resolved.

 

Children in the Salon

At Moda Bella Salon & Spa, we are committed to preserving a calm, elevated experience for every guest. While we love children and their young energy with a spa located upstairs and a focus on relaxation throughout the salon, we kindly ask that all parents and guardians remain mindful of noise levels.

For the comfort and safety of our guests and staff, children under the age of 7 must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service while on the premises.

This policy allows parents to fully relax and enjoy their time with us, while ensuring a serene environment for all guests seeking rest, renewal, and luxury.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the peaceful atmosphere that defines the Moda Bella experience 

 

GIFT CARD PURCHASES

Gift certificates/cards are available for purchase online and in person by visiting our salon. Please keep in mind they do expire within one year of the purchase date.

This card is not to be transferred, redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service and spa package prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Moda Bella Salon and Spa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to receive a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly used.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
